As an independent Canada-based assurance partner (not a certification body), we never issue certificates or make certification decisions — our role is strictly supportive. We maintain strict separation from our certification partner SCANCERT (an accredited independent body). Key controls include: annual conflict-of-interest declarations by auditors, no consulting/audit overlap for the same client in the same scope, auditor rotation/independence policies, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and secure data handling. This ensures objective, unbiased evaluations every time.
We offer flexible delivery options: fully remote, on-site, or hybrid — chosen based on your risk profile, project complexity, and preferences. Remote audits (using secure video, screen sharing, and digital document access) are highly effective for documentation reviews, interviews, and data analysis, especially for internal audits, gap assessments, or analytics. On-site is recommended for high-risk infrastructure projects, physical inspections (e.g., material traceability, workmanship), or when direct observation adds critical value. Hybrid combines both for optimal efficiency. All options maintain the same rigorous, evidence-based approach.
